Service agreement
1. Invoices
M&R Luxury Car service will send an invoice or payment link before service is provided. You agree to pay invoice(s) or payment links by the due date(s) specified. Unpaid or overdue invoices will result in cancelation of the reservation. The invoice for the cost of service must be paid in full by the due date for the driver to be dispatched.
2. Security Deposit
The security deposit does not go towards the cost of service. Your Security deposit will be used to hold your reservation and pay for any overtime, extra cleaning, lost item fee or damage if needed.
Reservations/invoices made without payment or security deposit can be canceled at any time regardless of the due date and prices are subject to change.
Once the rental is returned to base and inspected the security deposit is refunded in full by the next business day. Depending on your bank this refund can take between 1-7 business days to post. However, if there is any damage, extra cleaning, or overtime charges ( time not booked) that need to be applied for billing it will come out of the security deposit. If any damage is caused in excess of the security deposit the authorized signer will be held responsible and invoiced the amount due as needed to cover the cost of repairs.
3. Overtime charges are billed per hour

Miscellaneous Charges
Extra Cleaning fee - 25.00-50.00
Lost item Fee 25$ and up.
Charges for any damages are to be determined after inspection.
One way rate specials provide up to one hour of service. Your wait time or joy ride time is determined by your travel time. If you exceed the time booked on your reservation a per hour overtime charge will apply to continue service. The option to extend your time booked is not a guarantee. It is based on our availability.
4. Cancellations
If you cancel the Pay by invoice fee will be non refundable.
How refunds are made for cancelations:
one week, 7 days before pickup get full refund , however the Pay by invoice fee is non refundable.
Any cancellation made less than a week 4-6 days before pickup date will result in a charge of 30% of the reservation cost and the Pay by invoice fee is non refundable.
Any cancellation made 1 to 3 days before pickup date will result in a charge of 50% of the reservation cost and the Pay by invoice fee is non refundable.
A no-show or a cancellation made the same day of pickup time will result in a charge of 100% of the reservation cost
If you cancel the Pay by invoice fee will be non refundable.

5. Airport Cancellations or Delays
***Wait time is one hour after your scheduled pick up time at no additional charge. No additional wait time is permitted. After one hour you are considered a no-show. The full cost of service and the amount paid is nonrefundable.
If your driver has NOT been dispatched we will try our best to get you rescheduled based on our availability.

of any delays or cancellations.
6. Termination of agreement
The agreement starts and ends upon time booked in your reservation. If you choose to end the service after the driver has been dispatched or prior to completion of services, you are responsible for paying the costs previously invoiced and your security deposit will be refunded. No refunds are provided for unused time booked.
If M&R cancels the contract prior to services due to unforeseen occurrences you will be refunded the security deposit and balance paid for the time booked that was not used. We will not be held responsible for any other third party charges.
7. Time booked modifications
We understand plans can change. Any updates to your reservation should be made prior to service if possible. Any changes to this agreement must be approved by M&R Luxury Car Service. Requests made on the same day or after the driver has been dispatched may or may not be approved based on availability. Your driver will have the right to refuse any request that is not listed as part of your agreement .
The cost previously paid will be non- refundable. If your request is approved you will be billed for the additional cost and payment is due upon receipt.
8. Lost Items
We are here to help. If lost items are recovered, arrangements can be made to return your belongings for a fee. However, M&R Luxury car service is not responsible for customers' belongings. A Return item fee will need to be paid in full before a driver is dispatched to do the return. The fee will be determined at the time of service starting at 25.00.

No firearms or weapons are allowed onboard
No smoking OR vaping is allowed onboard
No illegal substances are allowed onboard
The driver reserves the right to cancel your service during the trip if the terms of this service agreement are not being followed and you will be responsible for paying the costs previously invoiced. No credit will be given for time not used.

To lock in these rates and have a confirmed booking you must have a security deposit or be paid in full
