How can I book my reservation?
We offer easy booking right here on the website! Go to the menu and choose book online. Simply fill out the form and request to book,

What type of payments are accepted?
Method of payments accepted We accept all major credit/debit cards a 3.5% processing fee will apply. You may also pay with Cash app, or Zelle (no service fee)
How will I be billed?
Invoices : M&R Luxury Car service will send an invoice before service is provided. You agree to pay invoice(s) by the due date(s) specified. Unpaid or overdue invoices will result in cancelation of the reservation. The invoice for the cost of service must be paid in full by the due date for the driver to be dispatched.
Is gratuity included in the price ?
No. Driver gratuity is 20% and will be added to all invoices.
What is the security deposit for?
Security Deposit: Your Security deposit will be used to hold your reservation and pay for any overtime, extra cleaning, lost item fee or damage if needed.

When do I get my security deposit back?
Refunds are processed in full by the next business day. Depending on your bank this refund can take between 1-7 business days to post to your account.
How much do you charge if I go overtime or cause damage to the vehicle.

What is your cancelation policy ?
​Cancelations: Refunds for security deposits and cost of service are 100% refundable as long as the reservation is canceled 24 hours before the scheduled reservation time.

Same day bookings or cancelations will be refunded the amount paid for the security deposit only. The cost of service paid for time booked will be NONREFUNDABLE.
This applies to last minute bookings and cancelations made on the same day as well.
What happens if my agreement needs to be terminated ?
Termination of agreement: The agreement ends upon the completion of services, unless you or M&R luxury car service ends the contract before that time. If you choose to end the Contract prior to completion of services, you are responsible for paying the costs previously invoiced and your security deposit will be returned.
If M&R cancels the contract prior to services due to unforeseen occurrences you will be refunded the security deposit and any amount paid for the cost of service ONLY. We will not be held responsible for any other third party charges.
Can I make changes to my reservation on the road ?
Modifications: We understand plans can change. Any updates to your reservation should be made prior to service if possible. Any changes to your agreement must be approved by M&R Luxury Car Service. Request made after the driver has been dispatched may or may not be approved. Your driver will have the right to refuse any request that are not listed as part of your invoiced agreement .
What is your policy for lost items?
Lost Items: We are here to help. If lost items are recovered arrangements can be made to return your belongings for a fee. However, M&R Luxury car service is not responsible for customers belongings. A Return item fee will have to be paid in full before the driver is dispatched to do the return. The fee will be determined at the time of service starting at 25.00.
What can I bring onboard?
Food, drinks, coolers, ice are allowed.
No firearms or weapons are allowed onboard
No smoking OR vaping is allowed onboard
No illegal substances are allowed onboard
